Changing Your Name and Contact Info in TeamDynamix

Changing Your Name or Contact Information in the TeamDynamix service request system. 

Follow these instructions to verify and edit your contact information in TeamDynamix. This will insure SLE Digital Strategies and Services team members and technicians can efficiently communicate with you and contact you regarding your tickets and requests. Please be sure to enter a preferred name, if you do not go by your given name, and check your address and phone number listings. Information in this system can only be seen by other SLE team members.

  1. In a web browser, navigate to the home page https://msu.teamdynamix.com/TDClient
  2. In the upper right corner of the page, click Sign In.
  3. When prompted, type in your MSU NetID and password then click Sign In.
  4. Your name appears in toward the upper right corner of the page. Click on your name, then select My Profile.
  5. Your profile and current contact information are displayed. 
  6. Click the green Edit button.
  7. You have the option to upload a professional picture of yourself. Valid picture types and dimension are displayed. By default, your profile picture starts as an icon with initials for your name.
  8. Review all the fields in your profile and change any information that is incorrect or out of date. 
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save button.
  10. You can now click the Home tab in the green page banner to return to the main menu.
