DSS Express Service
The following equipment is available and can be exchanged on a walk-in basis at the 1855 Place second floor Digital Strategies and Services Help Desk.

• Laptop power supplies

• Webcams

Any SLE customer can exchange a piece of broken equipment included in the list above for a working item, with no need to call ahead or submit a service request in advance.

Email, Calendars, Distribution Lists, and Shared Mailboxes

Troubleshoot email or calendar issues and requests to create NEW (or update) Distribution Lists, Calendar Resources, and Shared Mailboxes.

Software and Applications

Report an issue with enterprise software applications, request to purchase software or request programming services.

Network and Security

Report network server and security issues; request shared access and digital surveillance footage. Note: for security equipment issues, go to the "Computers, Point of Sale, and Other Equipment" service category.

Web, Digital and Creative Services

Request website maintenance, copy writing, graphic design, digital sign programming and other creative services and production functions.

Creative Services requests have been moved into their own new portal. Clicking the Creative Services request link below will take you there.

Business Services

Request for accounting services including Human Resources, billing, purchase orders (PO), Spartan Cash, meal plans and vendor requisition.

General Help and Training
