Divisional computers, laptops and tablets come with many standard programs, along with some optional ones available for team members to download. The table below lists all software of this type.
Special Software: Any software not listed below is considered "special software" and requires a service request and possibly the purchase of a license before it can be installed by a technician. Note: web-based systems or applications (like EBS, RMS Mercury, Sequoia QuadPoint, PeopleAdmin, DocViewer, etc.) are not listed, as access to these systems is controlled completely by user login permission, not software installation.
Optional Software: If software is listed as "optional" for Windows 10, team members can install the software themselves. To install optional software:
- Click Start and type Software Center in the search field.
- Click the listing for the Software Center Desktop App.
- When the Software Center opens, make sure Applications is selected along the left side of the page.
- Click to select a program and click Install.
