User not receiving mail in Outlook or Spartan 365 on the web

Students, on-call, and temporary employees will need to turn off mail forwarding (instructions) in Spartan Mail.

Regular employees will need to have legacy mail forwarding enabled. These users will need to submit a service request to have this corrected.
